Cambions - Children of Demons

Cambions are the offspring of a Demon and a Human. They are exactly like a Demon in appearance. However, Cambions have only one power. They are able to create fire. Because Cambions are not full-blooded Demons, they are not immortal. They can live to an extremely old age. However, Demons most often do not find Cambions worth anything. Because they only have the one power, they are used for destruction if anything. They like dark places, and prefer to be alone rather than in groups.

Angels are often hunted by these creatures. Therefore, both Angels and Human's that are aligned with Angels try to kill them off, or to try to get them to switch sides.

Cambions are considered rare. This is mostly because it is the Human that must carry the child, and they are simply not able to carry it to term and in most cases will die along with the baby. If the child manages to make it to term and is born, the Human will kill it. There are exceptions to this if the Human finds themselves unable to kill their own child or if it is taken away before they can. There are many reasons why a Cambion would be alive, and is not limited to these options.
